A classic eight-piece cap from the global leader in high-class cap manufacturing, the American Stetson brand.
The cap was released to commemorate the 160th anniversary of the Stetson brand (1860-2025). This means that this cap is a limited edition for this season and will not be produced again.
This eight-piece cap is part of Stetson's most luxurious heritage series, made in Germany. These caps feature a genuine leather inner band and beautiful embroidery on the lining that reads "Stetson 160th."
A key detail of the cap is the shiny metal pin, replicating a five-dollar gold coin. John B. Stetson received it in exchange for the first hat he made and sold to a gold miner in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The inscription on the coin is unusual: "Five Dollars Pikes Peak Gold," referring to the coins minted in Denver from 1859 to 1861 using local gold.
In the 19th century America, a wide-brimmed Stetson hat was a symbol of success and wealth, for it was expensive, served for a long time, and was instantly recognizable.
Today, this role is played by their caps that are also not cheap, they are sewn neatly from quality materials, and add to impressiveness and charisma of their owners.
Stetson designers managed to create a voluminous eight-piece cap with its proportions ideally distributed throughout the headgear, looking like a harmonious addendum to its wearer’s head.
The cap is made of the famous Scottish tweed Harris Tweed, woven in the Outer Hebrides from yarn spun and dyed locally. 100% pure new wool, lining - 100% cotton.
The cap comes in a cotton cover with Stetson 160th Anniversary print.
It fits both men and women.
